Your support allows DVPI to respond to immediate needs while helping survivors and their children build safer, more independent futures.

Last Fiscal Year

241 survivors found safe refuge at DVPI's Canton Shelter, receiving 15,914 nights of shelter.

76 survivors received refuge at our Massillon Shelter for a total of 4,311 nights of shelter.

1,120 calls were answered through our 24-hour crisis hotline.

65 adults and children received 12,797 nights of transitional and rapid rehousing services, giving families time and stability to rebuild their lives.

323 individuals received domestic violence awareness training through DVPI services.

Safe Futures Partner — $5,000

Provides emergency housing and support resources for families working toward safety, stability, and independence.

Supports legal advocacy, safety planning, crisis intervention, and personalized support for survivors.

Helps answer crisis hotline calls and provide emergency assistance when survivors need help most.

Provide for basic needs such as clothing, diapers, personal-care items, and formula for families starting over.
