BE A CHAMPION OF HOPE
For over 44 years, DVPI has offered safety, compassion, hope, and healing to victims of domestic violence and their families in Stark County and surrounding communities. Last year, we sheltered 247 women, men and children in our two emergency shelters, for a total of 10,057 nights. In addition, we received more than 731 crisis emergency calls from individuals in our community to our 24-hour hotline, served 48 adults and children through transitional housing, assisted 865 legal advocacy clients, and supported 341 clients through our victim services program.
With your generosity, DVPI is able to continue to provide this unique safety net of services to women, men, and children in Stark County. Providing access to life’s basic necessities is critical to a successful healing process.
Please join us as we continue our mission of providing emergency and support services to victims of domestic violence.
